Allawi: Iraq is the most serious stage of modern history

Warned the former prime minister and leader of the bloc of "Iraq" Iyad Allawi said Iraq is "the most serious stage in the modern era" because of the threats represented by Tterbs sectarianism and political tension and terrorism, and the obstacles that stand in front of the democratic process.
Allawi added, in remarks to the press of America, the United States was morally obliged, even after the military withdrawal from Iraq, using its diplomatic and political re-"rational" to the Iraqi political scene.
Allawi said in an interview program Fareed Zakaria in the channel "CNN" television U.S. broadcast Sunday: "Let me be frank, there are a lot of problems now, the whole situation is very tense, sectarian returned strongly to the country, and I think that Iraq is now in the most dangerous stage of history."
"No democratic and stable"
He said Allawi said: "I have warned of the early days, and specifically a year ago, that the sectarian and political vacuum and the existence of a political process which does not include everyone, all of which will destroy the future of this country."
Allawi's comments came in response to comments by U.S. President Barack Obama last month, the month which saw the withdrawal of the last U.S. military force from Iraq, which he said the United States left Iraq, "a stable and democratic countries."
Allawi has said that "Iraq, and frankly, not a democracy or a stable, Terrorists strike again in force, and al-Qaeda returned to work in Iraq with full force."
Allawi stressed that he does not want the return of U.S. troops to Iraq again, but said that Washington "The use of diplomatic channels and other channels through the strategic agreement between Iraq and the United States to try to bring rationality to the political process and make it includes and embraces everyone."
He added that "the United States political and moral responsibility to help Iraq to overcome this difficult period."
Iraq has witnessed in recent weeks, a sharp escalation in violence coincided with a political crisis that followed the issuance of an arrest warrant on charges of terrorism against the Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi.
