Erbil, February 26 (PNA) - announced the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, on Saturday, that the Iraqi parliament to monitor 173 billion dinars for the Commission on Article 140 to compensate those affected in the disputed areas, saying it called for the need to allocate 50 billion dinars to offset the Kirkuk for the current year to become the fourth largest allocations within the province of the development of regions.
The MP said Ala Talabani said in a statement that "the Iraqi Council of Representatives approved the allocation of 173 billion dinars to the Article 140 Committee for the normalization of the situation in the disputed areas."
She said Talabani that "this amount will be spent for those affected areas where there have been problems and conflicts in parts of Iraq, according to Article 140 of the constitution," noting that "the Parliament demanded an increase of these customizations from saving the financial will be achieved for the public budget to compensate the beneficiaries in all provinces."
She noted that "members of the cluster representatives of Kirkuk, demanded that the allocation of 50 billion dinars to offset the preservation of the current year 2012 amounting to 598 billion dinars," saying it "the fourth largest province allocated such budget allocations within the development of regions."
