Announced the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Justice release of the 452 piece of land covered by Resolution 117 of 2000 on the territory of military distributed by the previous dictatorial regime., Said Inspector-General of the Ministry of Secretary Abdul-Qader al-Asadi told »Sabah» that a committee was formed in 2009, spurred on by the Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the membership of the Office of Inspector General and the Ministry of Municipalities and the Municipality of Baghdad and Real Estate Registration Department to apply the decision to the seizure of the territory covered by resolution 117 of 2000 on the territory of military distributed by the former regime, he said, adding that the committee approved now on the release of 452 plots of this land.
He explained that the land which included the lifting of reservation is that was allocated before the eighteenth of March 2003 and recorded up to 15 of October in the year 2004 the fact that these committees concluded that it is contrary to the provisions of resolution 117 for year 2000 and does not involve any forms of law. The resolution 117 to cut off the residential land that has been distributed between the military during the reign of the previous dictatorial regime, has been forging many of the transactions buying and selling the land after the fall of the regime led the government to freeze the transfer of ownership of these lands and prevent their owners from disposing of them ».
And the al-Asadi said the committees in the office engaged now on the diagnosis of these pieces after the Baghdad Municipality and the Ministry of Municipalities to provide the Committee on the allocation, noting that he will be the mechanism the same authentication and Minister of Justice Hassan Shammari on the release of another batch of land in the coming days if there was no legal impediment to it.
