Ministry of natural resources in Kurdistan breach any of the terms of the agreement between the Governments of the Kurdistan region and the Federal Government on oil and gas means a breach of the agreement.

"It was agreed to set up committees competent subsidiary comprising representatives from the Federal Government and Kurdistan Regional Government to follow the quantities of crude oil produced and refined petroleum and account receivables companies producing in the region, in addition to the Permanent Commission of the other two sides to follow up the implementation of the points reached at the present meeting and delegated powers to resolve any obstacles you may encounter application of this agreement until the Federal oil and gas law and the law of the Federal distribution of imports."
