BAGHDAD - Eastern October 23: through UN special envoy to Iraq, "Martin Kobler" concern the United Nations and the fears of the measures taken against the Iraqi Central Bank, which could affect the independence as a planning monetary policy in the country. Said Kuebler in a statement to the Oriental News , said the United Nations is closely monitoring and through its mission in Iraq, the actions taken against the Central Bank of Iraq, stressing the necessity of maintaining the independence of this body and all independent bodies in the country and the most important of the Iraqi electoral Commission and the human rights Commission.
