Planning Minister reveals impediments to the implementation of projects, most notably the late adoption of the general budget and the launch of Exchange

Planning Minister on Avinash constraints hindering the implementation of projects and in particular the delayed adoption of the general budget and the launch of Exchange.
A Ministry statement quoted received all Iraq [where] a copy today from Avinash said during a meeting with the parliamentary Economic Committee member Salman al-Musawi said that "there are a number of constraints which impede the implementation of the projects comes foremost delayed adoption of the budget and the launch of Exchange and transfer projects for non-professional and ineligible strategic projects such as those contained in provincial projects and ministries".
"There are also obstacles made help implement government contracts and lack of cooperation by some operators to public projects with the Ministry of planning by not referring to reluctant companies and selling enterprises".
Al-Shukri said that "the Ministry will be supportive of all efforts to accelerate the construction process in Iraq", adding that "the Ministry has intensified her field visits to projects of ministries and provinces to find out the real reasons for the delay in the implementation of projects".
The two sides discussed the principles of balance and updates and raise the proportion of operational investment budget and discuss obstacles to the implementation of investment projects ". Finished
