Deputy U.S. Secretary of State for Democracy reach Baghdad
Revealed the U.S. embassy in Baghdad for the arrival of Deputy Secretary of State for Democracy and Global Affairs Maria Otero to Baghdad on Monday for talks with Iraqi officials.
The embassy statement said that the Office of Otero coordinate the foreign policy of the United States for a variety of global issues, including issues of democracy and human rights, labor, environment, oceans, health, science, population, refugees and migration and combat trafficking in persons.
The statement added that this is the first visit to the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. to Iraq, came to visit "underlines the commitment of the United States to Iraq and its people.
