Executive Board: speech in "Kuwait" an official document

Counting Board (3 + 1) address by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki at the Kuwait "official document", paragraphs in the official correspondence. According to a presidential statement: the Executive Council (Presidency of the Republic and the Prime Minister) held a meeting today to address the political and security situation and issues concerning Iraq.
The Council discussed the results of the visit of Prime Minister to the State of Kuwait and his speech at an International Conference next to Iraq, the Executive Board considered the document important, stressing the need to use and make use of paragraphs in foreign correspondence.
Al-Maliki was inaugurating the Conference called Kuwait, all neighboring countries to make further efforts and tighten security along the common border to prevent infiltration of terrorists into Iraq and drying up the sources of terrorism and its sources of financing, calling for debt cancellation and stop financial compensation and sanctions on Iraq, demanding the reopening of the embassies and diplomatic missions.
The meeting stressed the need to focus on increasing the role of the political Council for national security, they also discussed the negotiations currently taking place on the long-term cooperation and friendship with the United States, which still hold discussions on how to make various files in order of priority.
Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said the Government opposed us proposals on new security agreements with the Council of Ministers authorized the delegation problem, headed by Undersecretary of State power to negotiate with the US side on the Convention and presentation of the results of the negotiations at the Council and members of the Council exchanged views on the political situation of the country and the importance of concerted efforts in the next phase and speed up the formation of a Government of national unity.
