Iraq's decision to build the port of Kuwait Mubarak Al-Kabeer in violation of UN resolution 833

Iraq announced on Wednesday that the decision to build the port of Kuwait Mubarak Al-Kabir near the Iraqi coast is a violation of the UN resolution adopted by the Security Council No. 833, threatening to Kuwait in the event of continuing to build the port would leave Iraq "in solution" of Security Council resolution.
The transport minister said Hadi al-Ameri, told a news conference held in Basra province, and attended "Alsumaria News", "Kuwait's decision to build the port of Mubarak Al-Kabir near the Iraqi coast is a violation of the UN resolution adopted by the Security Council No. 833, as the waterway, Iraq will be part of the port Kuwait, "stressing that" the construction of the port up to the border of water drawn by resolution 833 and the great injustice in Iraq.
