BAGHDAD / JD / .. The Cabinet approved to lend Iraqi Airways by the Rafidain Bank.
A statement issued by the Council received / JD / copy of it: The Council of Ministers amended resolution No. (409) for the year 2012 and by agreeing to lend Iraqi Airways amount (70) million dollars from the Rafidain Bank at an interest rate (6%) borne by the Ministry of Finance.
The statement added: The Council of Ministers approved on giving authority to transfer funds between chapters of the operating budget to cover the amount of (6) billion dinars for the separate treatment of patients Iraqis abroad.
He continued: The Council also approved the amendment to Resolution No. (469) for the year 2012 authorizing the Director nationality year or head of mission or his nominee overseas authority to grant a visa multipurpose foreign investment companies and businessmen, experts and foreign workers as well as the authority to grant residence to those who were eager to enter the Republic of Iraq at the request of the ministry or government agency beneficiary for one year and delete paragraph (2 / I) of the decision and hold the implementation of other items that are informed and the Ministry of Labour by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and the Interior and providing names while still working resolution No. (319) for the year 2012 and reviewing the relationship of the Ministry of Labour during the week to get approvals fundamentalism.
The Council of Ministers approved the report of the State Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, as final.
