Maliki stressed the need to have dialogue within the scope of the Constitution

Stressed Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on the need to have dialogue between the political blocs within the scope of the Constitution.
He said in an interview with an Iraqi satellite channels that "dialogue with a delegation of the Kurdistan region is under the roof of the Constitution."
Maliki said that "any dialogue between the parties must be under this roof."
Mention of the Kurdish delegation negotiating arrived in Baghdad on Wednesday, where he held a meeting with the National Alliance, a positive atmosphere, and the parties agree on the need to stop the media statements convulsive.
He also expressed Maliki during a meeting Friday with the Kurdish delegation overwhelming response to the demands of the Kurds.
