Baghdad / NINA /-- MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Mahma Khalil said authorizing al-Maliki by political blocs to negotiate with the Americans about Us troops future in Iraq does not require a vote in parliament.
He told NINA : The last meeting of the leaders of political blocs, which authorized the government to negotiate with U.S. forces to keep a part of troops as trainers , does not need to return to the House of Representatives. "
adding : "If there were some things on the Convention and its provisions it can be said by the Foreign Ministry and to negotiating about with the U.S. side, but nothing to do with the
House of Representatives".
