Shahristani calls for French and Italian companies to invest

Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani with French Foreign Trade Minister and Deputy Italian Foreign Minister separately ways to develop relations and cooperation.
A statement by his office today, "said al-Shahristani, received in his office this afternoon and French Foreign Trade Minister Nicole Break and her accompanying delegation, and discussed with them ways to promote and develop political and economic relations and cultural relations between the two countries."
The statement added, "The two sides also discussed the situation in Syria and ways to end the fighting to sit through dialogue tables and fair elections reflect the will of the Syrian people."
Shahristani called on French companies to enter Iraq and investment in the fields of energy, construction of airports, railways, bridges, hospitals and residential units and Agriculture France because of its expertise in these areas. "
For its part, the BRIC expressed her Government's desire to enter the French companies to Iraq and participate in the reconstruction and had to Baghdad, but confirmation of this desire.
Meanwhile, al-Shahristani discussed with Undersecretary of the Italian Foreign Minister Abu pestle and the accompanying delegation, ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and the development of all levels of relations between the two countries, especially in the oil and gas sector and other fields. A statement by his press office today, "said al-Shahristani called on Italian companies to enter Iraq and investment in the areas of petrochemicals, ports and airports, dams Italy because of its experience in these areas."
