Twilight News / announced that the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Tuesday, obstructing official working in Baghdad for a day on Wednesday due to heavy rains, excluding Secretariat departments and the province of Baghdad and health ministries, municipalities and electricity.



The Secretariat said in a statement received "Twilight News" that "will disable the official working hours for tomorrow Wednesday due to heavy rains that fell on the capital Baghdad."

She added that "Disable always includes all government departments except the secretariat and the province Baghdad and وزارت, health, municipalities and electricity."

And announced the provinces located in central and southern Iraq disable always in government circles as a result of heavy rains that caused the sinking city streets.

It is not possible for students and staff to reach their positions with the continuation of torrential rainfall since yesterday and rising water in the streets and public squares as a result of aging sewer systems and their inability to absorb quantities of water.
