Iraq: the Federal Court gives reason to Maliki after his complaint against the president

The supreme court Federal Iraqi ruled today that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki that have the largest block in Parliament, it is up to form the new Government, reported State television.
Accused by his critics of having stirred up sectarian tensions which facilitated the offensive in the Sunni Jihadists of the Islamic State, the Shiite leader urged Sunday evening a tussle to maintain power by mobilizing its forces in Baghdad.
Nouri al-Maliki also petitioned the Federal Court accusing the new president Fouad Massoum of violating the constitution in not confident not to his party the load to designate the future head of Government. The Court gave him reason, which could allow him to serve a third term, said the television.
