Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: the face of the Prime Minister, Haider al-Abadi, provincial councils and governors not to encroach upon the powers in the appointment and dismissal and the distribution of positions on the basis of quotas.
And got "tomorrow Press" on a book from the Office of the Prime Minister, dated August 13, 2015 and bears the number 75/11611 and the location of the Acting Director Mahdi Keywords, addressed to the governors and heads of provincial councils.
It said: The President of the Council of Ministers, including the following:
1. commitment to the supreme body coordinating the decision agreed upon by conservatives and the heads of councils in the meeting held on 01/08/2015 which stated that the Commission completed its aforesaid gradually as of the effective date of this law .. and taken by the Council of Ministers Decision No. (304) for the year 2015 included the completion of the coordinating body functions to form a committee finish its work within three months of the transfer of powers.
2. In light of the mandate of the House of Representatives to call the Prime Minister and the Conservative provincial councils to not exceed their powers in the appointment and dismissal and not to the distribution of positions on the basis of quotas and will take the necessary measures otherwise in accordance with the Constitution and laws.
This book is clear evidence that the dismissal of head of the Investment Commission of Baghdad Shaker Zamili by the governor of Baghdad, is unconstitutional.
