Council of Ministers held its forty-fourth regular Tuesday and released by the Council several resolutions, including:
1. Approval of the draft first amendment to the law of sale and lease of state property law No. (21) for the year 2013 the auditor of the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives, according to the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking remarks Legal Department of the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.
2. emphasis on the Iraqi Council of Representatives on the course of the procedures the first draft amendment to the law of property claims Authority Law No. legislation (13) of 2010, which had previously been approved by the Council of Ministers in its resolution No. (16) for the year 2014 in line with the reform plans and directions of the Iraqi government in limbering administrative and anti-corruption.
3. Approved the following:
1. authorize the Minister of Justice, Mr. (Haider spokesman Jassim Zamili) power to sign the Covenant on the Rights of the Child in Islam, which was adopted at the Second Islamic Conference and the thirtieth of Foreign Ministers held in Sana'a for the period from (28-30 / 6/2015), the auditor of the State Council, According to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution.
2. the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare a document authorization required behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to Mr. Minister of Justice and in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the Prime Minister.
